Visual favicon alerts (changing images in the browser tab where AIM is open) will always be given in certain situations.

• There is a new (automatic) Chat —> Toggle from Grey to Blue
• There is a pending Transfer Request —> Toggle from Grey to Red

It is also possible to configure in what situations sound alerts are given.

• “Tab selected” is ON —> Sound Alerts will be given also if the AIM browser tab is in focus

• “Tab not selected” in ON —> Sound Alerts will be given if the AIM tab is not in focus

• “New Chat” is ON —> Sound Alerts will be given not only for new Transfer Request, but also every time there is a new Chat.
